Credit seven victories over the team’s last nine games for the Houston Astros’ recent surge up the odds board at the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, as George Springer and company currently reside at a price of 5/1, just behind co-favorites Chicago (9/2) and Washington (9/2).

From a local perspective, the San Francisco Giants continue to free-fall down the board. Bruce Bochy’s squad is now listed at a price of 100/1, which puts the club in a tie with franchises like Miami, Milwaukee and Oakland.

And how about those damn Yankees? Off to an ultra-surprising 21-10 mark, the Pinstripes now sit at a very respectable 10/1.

Risers: Houston, New York Yankees, St. Louis
