Three questions for Raiders at Denver

Can the Raiders establish the run?

The Raiders gashed the Broncos for 218-yards rushing in their prime time victory over the Broncos in 2016. Latavius Murray scored three touchdowns in the win. Can Marshawn Lynch be effective for the Raiders to help them establish a lead rather than only after they have one? Will the Raiders offensive line reestablish their dominance? Jalen Richard averaged 7.8 yards per carry in the Raiders win last season.

Can Amari Cooper step up?

Much of the focus around the Raiders this week has been centered on Amari Cooper’s issues hanging on to the football. Going up against a top-flight defense with Michael Crabtree out the Raiders need one of their best playmakers to make plays when in position.

Mack attack?

Typically the Raiders defense goes as Khalil Mack does. When he is dominant and getting pressure on the QB or better yet getting sacks and forcing turnovers it creates a scenario where opposing offenses are unable to keep up with that the Raiders possess on that side of the ball. The Broncos offense would figure to have a difficult time keeping up with the Raiders in a shootout to begin with. They have no chance if Oakland flips the game with a turnover or two and that all starts up front with Mack.
