Even as LeBron James is posting playoff career highs in field-goal percentage (56.6) and 3-point percentage (42.1), Golden State Warriors all-time great Rick Barry isn't buying stock in the Kings' shooting renaissance.

“He is not a great shooter,” Rick Barry declared in an interview with Greg Papa and Bonta Hill on “The Greg Papa Show” on 95.7 The Game.

Barry pointed to James' ongoing struggles at the charity stripe to back up his argument.

“He right now is on a roll,” Barry admitted. “It doesn't mean he's going to continue it in the playoffs. Cleveland has to hope that he does, but he's not. He's not a great free-throw shooter.”

During the postseason, the Cavs superstar is hitting free throws at a clip of 71.2 percent – down from his career average of 74 percent.

“Again, it's pretty simple. He's a 67 percent free-throw shooter [during the 2016-2017 regular season]. “That tells you he's not a great shooter.”
