Things got heated between the Warriors and Trailblazers on Valentine's Day eve

It's that time of year where love is in the air but that wasn't the case Wednesday night in Portland. In other words, no Valentine's were being exchanged between the Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trail Blazers.

When the Warriors play Oakland native Damian Lillard and the Blazers, there is always a more intense energy that you don't see in every game.

Last night was no different.

You know things got SPICY when Klay Thompson was upset. You can probably count on one hand the amount of times Klay has gotten angry in his career.

What set the most laid-back Warrior off last night? Long story short, Klay got called for an offensive foul and wasn't happy. Zach Collins kept chirping and Klay wasn't having it.

Here's another angle and you don't need to be a professional lip reader to see what Collins said.

The Klay and Collins saga was just the beginning.

Late in the fourth quarter, Steve Kerr was like, "Hold my beer."

After the refs called what was probably the WORST flagrant foul in NBA history on Draymond Green, Kerr went off. Hide your clipboards because no clipboard is safe around Kerr when he is irate.

This is one of the many reasons Kerr is such a great coach. Him blowing up like that allowed Draymond (who is usually the boisterous one) to sit back and keep his cool.

After the game Kerr walked up to do his usual post-game presser and jokingly told the media to "Get the f– - out of my way."

The evening finished with Draymond addressing the media and touched on all of the intense moments in last night's game.

Dub Nation can always count on Dray to keep it real.

The Warriors now have a week to cool off because it is officially the All-Star break.
