A week-and-a-half after Reggie McKenzie, the general manager of the Raiders, said he anticipates a new deal for Khalil Mack before the 2018 season, the edge-rushing monster weighed in on the topic.

Asked by NBC Sports Bay Area if he wants to be with th club for the long haul, Mack was emphatic.

“Of course. That’s not even a question,” Mack said. “That’s a no-brainer for me, especially when you think about coming into this organization and try to build something special, that’s something you want to be a part of for a lifetime."

Mack has 4.5 sacks through nine games, but has yet to force a turnover this season.
