Shams: Warriors rescind Quinn Cook's qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent

League sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic that the Warriors have rescinded Quinn Cook's qualifying offer, making the guard an unrestricted free agent.

With the Warriors navigating difficult financial straits, Cook's tenure with the club is effectively over.

In the 2018-2019 season, Cook averaged 6.9 points, 2.1 rebounds in 74 games, while shooting 40.5 percent from the arc. 

HoopsHype writer Alex Kennedy, reported Cook has interest from the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Dallas Mavericks, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards.
