Bill Romanowski doesn’t have high hopes for the Raiders Christmas Night matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Appearing on “Mornings W/ Joe, Lo & Dibs” on Friday, the four-time champ was asked if he expects a strong start from the Raiders. Instead, he unloaded on the silver and black.

“For the most part, I think they’ve packed it in,” Romo told Joe Fortenbaugh, Lorenzo Neal and Dan Dibley. “I think they’ve quit on the head coach. They’ve quit on the organization. Definitely on the offensive coordinator and on Derek Carr on some level.”

“Guys, what I’ve seen and witnessed this year is nothing less of a travesty," Romanowski said on 95.7 The Game. "It just is absolutely one of the most frustrating things that I’ve ever seen.

Romo made it clear that the finger of blame should be directed squarely at Jack Del Rio and Todd Downing.

“A team that had so much talent that has underperformed and, for me, when you have talent and it does not live up to its expectations, they do not execute, they do not have a sense of urgency, they don’t play with passion and excitement, they get out-executed by opposing coordinators, you have to look to the coaching staff.”
