Bill Romanowski stopped by “The Greg Papa Show” with Bonta Hill to address the Reuben Foster situation on Monday afternoon.

The 49ers linebacker was arrested on Sunday morning on charges of domestic violence, threats and possession of an assault weapon. Romo, who spent 16 years in the NFL, including six with the 49ers, explained how he’d address the Foster incident.

“He’s probably going to get at least six games based on what other guys have received,” Romo said on 95.7 The Game. “So, he’s got to learn how to take care of himself. He has to learn how to be a pro. He needs to mature.”

“He needs a mentor is what he needs, tell you the truth. He needs someone to take him under his arm and say, ‘What the heck are you doing? You’ve got the ability to be one of the best in this league.’”

“He showed, guys, that this guy, when he’s healthy, he can play as well as anybody. He can hit you. He’s got the ‘it factor’ at the middle linebacker position.”
