According to ESPN’s Zach Lowe, Klay Thompson has no plans on taking a discount when he hits free agency in 2019 — and the Warriors don't expect him to.

Thompson will be coming off of a four-year, $70 million deal this summer. He has repeatedly stated that he has no intentions on leaving the Bay Area anytime soon.

Head coach Steve Kerr is very clear where he stands when it comes to Klay's future.

Steve makes an excellent point.

Regardless of the report, Thompson still has at least one more year in Golden State. The Warriors tip-off their season Tuesday night against Oklahoma City. Catch all the action on 95.7 The Game.
