Free-agent center Demarcus Cousins is making a change, "enlisting the influential agent Jeff Schwartz of Excel Sports," per Marc Stein, of the New York Times.

Listen to your team news NOW.

This comes after ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said on SportsCenter on Monday night that there is no market for Cousins:

In the wake of that report comes the news that Cousins has been in touch with DeMar DeRozan regarding a gig with San Antonio:

Last year, Cousins 16.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.5 blocks per game, shooting 48 percent from the field and 27.4 percent from 3-point range. Cousins is a four-time All-Star and two-time second-team All-NBA selection.
