Neither McGee nor Pachulia saw the floor on Christmas

The Warriors’ crowded stable of centers is drawing trade interest, according to Marcus Thompson II of The Athletic.

Here are all the specifics on the talks between the Dubs and the Milwaukee Bucks:

“Multiple sources confirmed the Warriors and Milwaukee Bucks have discussed a trade," Thompson wrote. "Nothing is imminent, but the Bucks are on the market for a center and the Warriors are overstocked. The on-and-off conversations between the teams have included the Bucks inquiring about (Zaza) Pachulia and (JaVale) McGee.”

Per Thompson, those aren’t the only bigs the Bucks checked in on...

“No doubt, they’ve asked about (Jordan) Bell but that conversation ended quickly.”

The idea that president of basketball operations and GM Bob Myers would even entertain such an inquiry is laughable.

Bell, who’s taken over as the starter in the club’s small-ball lineup, had an impressive weekend — most notably dropping 20 and 10 on the Lakers on Friday night.
