Suffice it to say that Kyle Shanahan, head coach of the 49ers, had a big smile splashed across his face after his Nick Mullens-led club throttled the Raiders, 34-3, on Thursday night in Santa Clara.

Shanahan, after all, is the son on Mike Shanahan, longtime rival of former silver and black emperor Al Davis.

“I grew up a huge Niners fan,” Shanahan said at the podium. “I also grew up a Raiders hater from growing up mainly in the AFC West also and also having a history with them. So, it feels good definitely. It feels good to win but I’m definitely happy for our fans.”

And here’s Kyle in his own words:

Yea, looks like Kyle’s having a good night.
