Kevin Durant showed up to Warriors’ shootaround as relaxed as he’s looked since his dispute with Draymond Green on what otherwise should have been a random Monday night at Staples Center.

In a podcast with Yahoo Sports’ Chris B. Haynes, which also featured Durant, in real time, learning of his $25,000 fine, the two-time NBA champ sounded ready to put the dustup with Draymond in the past.

Asked if the drama will inform his future decisions — he can opt out in the summer — he answered as such:

“Nah, (it won’t factor),” Durant told Haynes. “Because at the end of the day, I’m just a ballplayer that’s just trying to be in a great environment to play basketball and groom my skills every day. And I want to compete on a level that once the game starts, I’m just totally comfortable with my surroundings, with just going out there and being me.”

On Thanksgiving eve, Russell Westbrook, his erstwhile friend and teammate will be wandering into his surroundings as the Thunder visit thew Dubs.
