Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio held court at the team's training camp in Napa on Saturday afternoon and addressed the absence of left tackle Donald Penn who is “unhappy” with his contact.

“My thought on that is that we love Donald," Del Rio said. "He's a good Raider. A good player and what's important for us is to focus on (is) the work here, the guys that are here and that's how we're going to approach it.”

“There's a business side," the head coach added. "There's a time for pay and a time for play and once we get to camp, my focus has to be for our team on just growing and going forward. Obviosuly we love Donald. We'd love to have him and hopefully that gets resolved shortly.”
