Following the Raiders’ 45-42 overtime win on Sunday afternoon, Jared Cook, one of the silver and black stars of the day, addressed an obvious topic.

Did he hear the boos that rained down during the win? Sure did.

“What  does that mean to us? They can’t cancel the game just because they boo us. We still got a game to finish.”

“It’s about pride. It’s about the men in this room on this journey together. So, it don’t matter if they boo us or not. We still got to go out there and do our job.”

For his part, Cook had one hell of a game, tallying 110 yards and two touchdowns on eight catches. A reporter then asked if the cacophony hurt.

“No, we don’t care because it’s us against the world,” Cook explained. “That’s how we feel. They’re supposed to be fans for a reason — fair-weather or not. If you’re riding with us, ride with us. If not then, we’ll holla.”

Here’s Cook in his own words:
