Nick Bosa, Ohio State’s defensive end, is meeting with the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara on Thursday.

Bosa is expected to be one of the first players to be drafted on April 25. If the Arizona Cardinals select quarterback Kyler Murray, the 49ers would have their shot to draft the defensive end.

San Francisco currently holds the number two overall pick and Bosa is suggested to be a perfect candidate for the 49ers.

NFL Network/NFL.com's Ian Rapoport detailed the fit:

“The Cardinals have made no decision that’s actually the case. If that happens then certainly the 49ers are still looking for a star pass rusher despite trading for Dee Ford during free agency. Nick Bosa might fall right into their lap.”

Bosa made Niners-related earlier when he told ESPN that he stopped sharing political view on Twitter once he realized he could end up in San Francisco. The 2019 NFL draft is exactly two weeks away, beginning on April 25 in Nashville, Tennessee.
