Nick Bosa, one of the premier prospects of the NFL Draft, is following some old social media advice: never tweet, or something like that.

The Ohio St. star, who has previously expressed his outspoken political views on Twitter, addressing topics such as Trump and Colin Kaepernick, is done sending such missives.

"I had to," Bosa told ESPN’s Kevin Van Valkenburg. "There is a chance I might end up in San Francisco."

The 49ers hold the No. 2 pick and have been widely forecasted to land Bosa at that spot. Many of Bosa’s old tweets have been deleted and he told he Van Valkenburg that he won’t be firing off any new ones.

At least one of those old tweets does remain — and it would require some explaining, should be land in the Bay.

The timestamp indicates that Bosa hit send from Columbus, OH, the night the Warriors opened their four-game sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2018 Finals.
