After months of intrigue, subterfuge and leaks from Kawhi Leonard’s camp, the 2014 Finals MVP is finally on the move.

Everyone’s mad.

Let's begin with Kawhi.

And then DeMar, who, according to ESPN, believed he wasn't going to be traded following a summer league meeting with the Toronto brass.

The Warriors, and everyone who enjoys watching and following the greatest team on earth, should be mad too.

Leonard landing with the Lakers would have been incredible — from an entertainment perspective — for the back-to-back champs.

Imagine Kawhi teaming with LeBron — plus whatever Laker youngsters weren’t jettisoned to Pop in San Antonio — in LA?

Along with Kyrie Irving, Leonard and James are the rare players who actually give the Warriors problems — and provide viewers with entertaining matchups — on a consistent basis.

Such a pairing will have to wait, at least until the fall of 2019.
