Derek Carr joined Adam Schein on Mad Dog Sports Radio on Wednesday and explained what will qualify as a successful season for the silver and black.

“Anything shy of winning the division and anything shy of winning a Super Bowl is no good,” the Oakland Raiders quarterback said.

Carr, who recently banked a $125 million contract extension, said he can't wait to get out of the field for training camp, which opens for the full squad on July 28.

“We're here to stay," Carr explained. "This culture that we've built here in Oakland, it's something that's going to last.”
