During his post-practice press conference on Friday afternoon, Derek Carr addressed one of the league's trending topics — the status of the unemployed Colin Kaepernick.

“I wish him the best and I hope he gets signed, I really do,” Carr said of the former 49er, per ESPN.

“I don't know if he wants to play, if he doesn't, all that stuff,” Carr continued. “But, if he does, I really hope he gets signed because I feel like, as a football player, he can help a football team.”
