Kap and Eric Reid settle collusion case with NFL, deal reportedly could be worth $60 to $80 million

Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid have officially settled their grievances with the NFL, as the players' lawyer, Mark Geragos, announced via Twitter on Friday.

"For tbe past several months, counsel for Mr. Kaepernick and Mr. Reid have engaged in ongoing dialogue with representatives of the NFL. As a result of those discussions, the parties have decided to resolve the pending grievances. The resoluation of this matter is subject to a confidenetiality agreement so there will be no further comment by any party."

No word from the NFL, but the Players Association did chime in:

Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson provided some context to the news, which settles Kaepernick and Reid's collusion case against The Shield.
